Is America ready for a change like Barack Obama
Yesterday- a son of a domestic servant to the British, today- a democrat standing for the US Presidential Elections. Meet Barack Obama, the man who could tomorrow be handling the steering of the most powerful country of the world.
Born to Barack Obama Sr. and Ann Dunham in Hawaii on 4 August 1961, Barack has grown with values of empathy. He put a hold on his law school and corporate life and shifted to Chicago in 1985, to be a community organizer with a church-based group to help the poor crime and unemployed plagued neighborhoods. The man is hell bent on bringing about a progressive transformation, a different style of leadership and governing. Changing the face of America, is not a mere claim, his efforts for the same are reflected in his political career. If today any American can go online to check how and where every dime of their tax dollars is spent, it is a result of his ideology. He lends a strong voice on issues like the poverty exposed by Katrina, the alternatives for the country’s dangerous addiction to oil, the genocide in Darfur, or the role of faith in our politics.
For Barack, US is a land of hope, where an African American like him won in a state whose population is 90% white. He wants the people to hold the same view, to believe in their abilities to bring a change and move the country from the wrong path to the right. Such is the extraordinary effect of the man that it is compelling his contenders to make frequent changes in the campaign messages and get the ‘Change Factor’ that he has been locking up.
Democrat Barack Obama as President Barack Obama will be a real life story, one that will remain in the memories for a very long time.

Yeah, Barack Obama is a pretty strong Presidential candidate. What favors him is his uncoventional political background. In other words, he is not a trained politician unlike Hillary Clinton or John McCain. I think his success in the primaries so far, can be attributed to a somewhat raw political campaign. Ofcourse, being African American helps. I guess the strongest contenders are Obama, Clinton and McCain.

I want Bush to be re-elected. Damn! In their hour of crisis, Americans only had Bush to entertain them, make them laugh with his atrociously funny remarks.
