A collage of thoughts on life at infoAnalytica
IA is a working paradise with its "work hard, enjoy harder" spirit
Maloncho
IA is a perfect platform for creative souls and those brimmed with innovative ideas. It offers the right blend of work and play environment. It's a place where there is so much to learn and explore. The best thing about IA is that there is no watertight hierarchy.

I feel on top of the world working at IA. When I joined IA there were only four employees including me and right now IA has 25 employees and still growing at a good pace. IA is a place where every employee is given freedom to give their own opinion and suggestions, whether related to extra activities or any decision related to business.
The best part of IA is the BOSS IS ACCESSIBLE. I mean communication is a very important part of any organization and I can say that IA has done PhD. in communication. IA is not a company to me…it is like a home away from home.
Be it Flexibility or Freedom, everything is available to the employees of IA
Bhavik
Life at IA means responsibility combined with fun. There is freedom of speech, thoughts and ideas. Every individual is appreciated for his/her work. Initiatives from the employees are always welcomed and highly rewarded. Best part is that it not only focuses on work but gives equal attention to other curricular activities which help the employee to de-stress. It’s a pleasure to work here because it’s different from the rest.

I have been here for just two months. Nevertheless, according to me life in infoAnalytica is very COOL. It has a very enjoyable & friendly atmosphere. Apart from this, I enjoy the team building activities on Saturdays. I like working here.
Kartik
The first things that come to my mind when I think of IA are knowledge, pleasure & fun. Which you don’t get in any other corporate house. People here are helpful and very friendly. The other thing I like is flexibility given to the employees. Boss always appreciates when we give good work and this motivates me to do better. My final words on this “I like working with infoAnalytica!”
Kunal
My perspective on life at infoAnalytica may sound a little biased and one might think that just because I am a part of it, I am all praise for it. But, the truth is that even for writing something nice you have to like it, so here it goes. Let me start by saying that I am a relocation case. Staying away from the family and having but a very few friends can be frustrating and divert your mind to all sorts of weird thoughts like “what the hell am I doing here”. But, what has made me stick, is the company and the people that are associated with it. The company is full of young minds, all working hard to meet deadlines and at the same time enjoying and exploring themselves. The best part is that IA is synonymous with a progressive environment wherein you get to communicate anything and everything with your peers, your project leaders, and even your boss. Rather than concentrating on the problem, efforts are always made to help the person facing that problem. Suggestions are welcomed and good work is always appreciated.
My list of praises for IA would be incomplete if I do not mention the non-working activities that we have. Picnics, movies, golf, team building exercises, presentations, competitions, dinners, luncheon, you name it, we do it, and have a whole stock of still more of such activities that are compiled in the folder named ‘Action Plan ‘.
The feeling that I associate with work at IA, and for which I give the credit to our boss Amit Gupta, is not just to complete the work but also to enjoy and take pride in the work. To improve everyday, a percent more, not just in the work but in our persona. To have goals not just professionally but also for something that you just want to do for yourself. Need I say the obvious; I simply love the fact that I am a part of infoAnalytica J

For me IA is a rainbow - meaning it's at the top, uncontested, and full of colors. One will get to see colors of work (as we get to work on diverse projects), colors of joy (we do ‘fun-tastic’ fun activities), colors of Indian culture (in the workforce), colors of professional qualifications, and colors of creative ideas. Just as we all get delighted to see a rainbow, so do all outside IA will be delighted to hear about life at IA from an IAian... But beware IAians, speaking too much about our IA may lead to a big fan following (candidates') queue outside!

Until now the experience was full of ups & downs. Microsoft Project: - I will never forget in my whole life, but it was a good learning experience. I know there is long way to go, and I just had a single step…I would like to compliment infoAnalytica by saying that work culture is good here. I would say…. It is a good company to work with…
Deepti
For me life at Infoanalytica is an enchanting experience. I do not like much to interact with people or making friends or spending time with them. However, after joining IA I think I have succeeded to some extent to come out of my shy nature.
As far as Work Culture is concerned, I found that the atmosphere here is quiet liberal. Although I have attended only two sessions on Saturday, I have learnt a lot from it.
Tanvi
For me IA is the best place to work. Sometimes the day ends without even realizing. And that’s not of workload but because of the smooth and fun filled work environment. Saturday’s non-work related activities are something I really enjoy. Whether it is Treasure hunt or Danny's Spanish language....what can I say more I simply love working in IA.
Allwyn
Working in IA is like having fun. It has a good work culture and I love to work where you can customize your workstation, wear anything, and play games. IA is the place where you enjoy while working.
Kalpesh
Unpredictable! Lots of activities going on, nobody knows what next! The activities give us an opportunity to uncover our hidden talent, which would have otherwise remained buried. Moreover, the fact that we can approach our boss directly is a privilege, a thing that you won’t find in many companies. An added advantage is that we have the freedom to wear clothes according to our wish, check our mails, and visit social networking sites at times that most companies would not allow.

Working at infoAnalytica is a pleasure. Atmosphere is cool. The people working with this organization are young and are ready to help each other. No politics, no back biting. No work pressure - set your own targets (especially in my case). Management is perfect. Everyone is treated equally.
If I want to write in one line about IA, then it will be – “If I give a flexible look at IA, it includes its unique culture, lifestyle, and argot.”
Anjali
I love the organization and the people associated with it. The working environment is simply awesome and every one is always ready to help. To say the least it is like a family. I enjoy working with Amit, who is always ready to help in the work that I do. Also, enjoy the work that I am doing, get to learn a lot. The only thing that does not go well with me is the internet speed.

I like the way this organization has the right kind of balance. Success does not always mean being a part of the rat race. That’s just what life at IA reflects. As a person, I like to be left alone at times. I get that space here, without people irritating the life out of me. I wish people valued the work they are doing a little more. But negatives aside, it’s good fun being able to be a part of a growing firm. Any day better than working at a monstrously big organization, with too many walls around me.

7 months into the organization, and I just cant believe it!
My association with IA: I had approached IA from a very different perspective. In fact, I was looking at something in content out of my general liking for writing and that too a part-time job. Being a practically very ambitious person, with my mid-career objectives quite well defined, I never looked at this field i.e. content from a career prospect. And on the research front, I was really not sure then as to what it would be like. Frankly speaking, I looked at IA as something that could keep me occupied and employed for a limited period wherein I could pursue my additional value addition strategies. (This does not mean that I was/am not serious or something because I have always justified my work professionally)
What I think now: Gradually as I got into research, I got to learn quite a lot and actually realized that the work I do is helping me to get prepared in the realization of my long term goals, since it somewhere (let’s say 30-40 percent) falls in line with my pre-defined career objectives. And I am nothing, but pleased about this fact.
People Around: One think that I like about IA is the young staff. It helps while working with like-minded people and does not give room for vast disagreements. Being a small team, it gives a scope for unity on behalf of the organization.
And about our boss, I am simply impressed by his vision and high spirits in driving the organization to achieve high levels of output and quality. Moreover, he is a very kind, generous, and energetic person to work with. Probably this is one of the main reasons of IA’s success story.
Activities: It is a good initiative by IA to come up with the non-work related activities. It is very important to unwind after a week of hard work. And I am sure the returns are definitely going to be visible and helpful in its future growth.
Drawbacks: One area where I think IA lacks behind is the professional approach at certain levels. At times, work is taken lightly, which I at times cannot digest. And of course the ownership of work and confidence is lacking at instances. The essence of a healthy competition is also missing.
However, this phenomenon is nothing new, because IA is a growing organization and is learning as its growing. I am sure as it develops further, and with the vision of Amit, it has great potential to become a leading consulting organization.

Life at IA is an awesome experience. The staff is cool, helpful with great ideas. You are given a lot of space wherein you can always come up with suggestions. The management is great.

I am IA’s toughest critic and a die-hard loyalist rolled in one, which may or may not be a good thing! I’ve seen it grow, and I’ve seen myself grow along with it. I love it that Amit is passionate about his work, his organization and has an unshakable conviction. I love it that we have a young, driven team who has started feeling incredibly comfortable at IA. I love it that this office is so pretty. I don’t love it that sometimes we take work way too lightly and start living the all play-no work life. I don’t love it that we don’t have an in-house gym, we really should.
Vishwa
Ever since I started working at IA, my ambition has always been to make this the best organization - for the employees that are associated with it, and for our valued partners and clients. Like any other organization, the strength of this company is its employees - in our case, a bunch of young and talented professionals. That said, we are not perfect by any stretch of imagination - there have been times when we tend to take work lightly and are guilty of being unprofessional. But that's okay! We’re learning everyday and with time can only improve, and have improved! Teams have started being proactive and accountable for their work. But more importantly, I see quite a few colleagues having a sense of pride in their work and abilities. That for me is the one key attribute that will define the organization and drive it forward. The non-work activities have obviously provided the very critical impetus, and I can't imagine any other workforce doing a better job at managing these than the team we have at IA. For me, infoAnalytica is all about nurturing ambitions, following passions, and in the process interact and learn from some absolutely fantastic individuals.
Amit
I have completed 1 year in IA, so what comes to my mind is flexibility, knowledge enhancement & self-confidence has increased. I am feeling proud to be at IA as its my second home.
Digant
IA is the best place to work, I really enjoy work culture there is equal share of work and enjoyment in the office which keeps us going on everyday, I enjoy the freedom we have in the office, for customizing the desk, for Saturdays activities, open brainstorms….I relish every moment being a part of this organization.

Wel well. i have not worked at IA for long per se but whatever little time i spent there has been really an eye-opener. First, i could not imagine a company like that opening shop in the city of ahmedabad, which is starved of people to speak good english...let alone attempt writing one.
But more so it was a nice feeling to learn i have avenues to diversify in writing as well.
Secondly, it gave me the flexibility to work at the time convenient to me, which was like great for me.
Overall it has been a great phenomenon in my life as an organisation.
Best part was the movie watching of Dhoom with all the office gang...amazing time i had.

Oiiiii! Pleasant surprise! Great to have you here. You're right. IA defies logic at times but then success is even sweeter in a situation like that. Drop in some time.
