Rethink. Relearn. Refine….life@infoAnalytica

We understand the aspirations of our people (including prospective employees) and provide them with a conducive work environment. We believe that if people take pride in their work and are happy, they take the company on the road to success. “Fun at work” is another concept we have incorporated to motivate our people and provide them with the opportunities to bring out their hidden talents in multiple areas.

If one line were to define iA’s teams, it would be ‘let creativity flow’, as evident from some former and current employee opinions listed below.

“My perspective on life at infoAnalytica may sound a little biased and one might think that just because I am a part of it, I am all praise for it. But, the truth is that even for writing something nice you have to like it, so here it goes. Let me start by saying that I am a relocation case. Staying away from the family and having but a very few friends can be frustrating and divert your mind to all sorts of weird thoughts like “what the hell am I doing here”. But, what has made me stick, is the company and the people that are associated with it. The company is full of young minds, all working hard to meet deadlines and at the same time enjoying and exploring themselves. The best part is that IA is synonymous with a progressive environment wherein you get to communicate anything and everything with your peers, your project leaders, and even your boss. Rather than concentrating on the problem, efforts are always made to help the person facing that problem. Suggestions are welcomed and good work is always appreciated.

My list of praises for IA would be incomplete if I do not mention the non-working activities that we have. Picnics, movies, golf, team building exercises, presentations, competitions, dinners, luncheon, you name it, we do it, and have a whole stock of still more of such activities that are compiled in the folder named ‘Action Plan ‘.

The feeling that I associate with work at IA is not just to complete the work but also to enjoy and take pride in the work. To improve everyday, a percent more, not just in the work but in our persona. To have goals not just professionally but also for something that you just want to do for yourself. Need I say the obvious; I simply love the fact that I am a part of infoAnalytica.”

Unpredictable! Lots of activities going on, nobody knows what next! The activities give us an opportunity to uncover our hidden talent which would have otherwise remained buried. Moreover, the fact that we can approach our boss directly is a privilege in our institution which is not seen in many other companies. An added advantage is that we have the freedom to wear clothes according to our wish, check our mails and visit social networking sites which most companies wouldn't allow.”

Daniel Christian

“Life at IA means responsibility combined with fun. There is freedom of speech, thoughts and ideas.  Every individual is appreciated for his/her work.  Initiatives from the employees are always welcomed and highly rewarded. Best part is that it not only focuses on work but gives equal attention to other activities which will help the employee de-stress. It’s a pleasure to work here because it is different from the rest.”

Kartik Prajapati

"There is never a dull moment, something or the other is always going on. The place is full of enthusiasm that helps us to give better results. In one sentence, life at infoAnalytica is like having a beer."

Vaclav Jelen

“For me, infoAnalytica is all about nurturing ambitions, following passions, and in the process interact and learn from some absolutely fantastic individuals.”
