The COVID-19 pandemic has crossed its inflection point in most countries around the world. As of early May 2020, the number of cases worldwide inched closer to a staggering 3.5 M. While businesses, including ours, face unprecedented challenges, we at InfoAnalytica recognize that the crisis presents us with a strong opportunity to be agents of positive change – for our customers, our colleagues, and our communities.

Now, more than ever, our ethos and guiding principles gain significance in the way that we continue to support our ecosystem. Our foremost focus is the safety of our colleagues and the communities we work and serve. The current situation has also allowed us to take a step back from our day-to-day operations and redefine the way we meet commitments to our customers and partners. Further, at the very outset of the current crisis, the infoAnalytica Foundation moved into top gear by identifying and undertaking multiple initiatives that aid our local communities at large.

These are difficult times for all of us. We would like to thank our customers and all infoAnalyticans for their continued support and commitment, we urge everyone to stay safe and healthy.

Overview of infoAnalytica’s COVID-19 response –

    1. For our People: At infoAnlaytica, the safety and well-being of our people is top-most priority. Over 90% of our employees are working from home. As norms of the lockdown ease, we will carefully and cautiously, per local government directives, invite a few people to work from our office premises, as needed. As this happens, our HR and governance task force has a robust pandemics response plan, and a dedicated helpdesk, that enforces all guidelines and best practices recommended by local government authorities, including comprehensive, frequent, and methodical cleaning of our office premises, sanitization and surface disinfection, extensive thermal scanning at multiple check-points, and frequent communication with all employees. During this time, movement within the office premises will be restricted while all recreational areas will remain shut. Visitors/ outsiders will not be allowed into our offices for the foreseeable future until the situation improves significantly.
    2. For our Customers: One of our key focus areas is to re-evaluate and re-calibrate all our processes and systems with the aim of improving scale and value for our client deliverables. We have initiated multiple programs for our employees with the intent of improving their contribution to every project they work for, through extensive training, process fixes, and feedback systems.
The above continuously feeds into an extensive business continuity plan across all functions to support our customers through this crisis.
    3. For our Business: It is crucial to support each other, work together and do what infoAnalytica does best: Respond Fast. As companies move from reacting to mitigating the impact of the outbreak, infoAnalytica is sharing its best practices with other businesses within its community and associations, to improve the community response efforts. We continue to move forward by collaborating with our clients to ensure effective communication and long-term solutions.
    4. For our Communities: We at infoAnlaytica have always believed in supporting our community. To this end, the infoAnalytica foundation (infoAnalytica’s CSR group) has started multiple programs in partnership with local authorities and other entities, to provide daily essentials to the underprivileged, daily wagers and frontline warriors, and will continue to do so until we’ve seen the very end of this pandemic. Furthermore, as we gradually move towards normalcy in our operations, we will endeavour to buy all our office supplies and equipment from small, local businesses in our communities, thus supporting the local economy in ways we can.
We humbly request all of you to contribute to the foundation’s programs. For more details, please click on http://csr.infoanalytica.com/
